Before a scheduled surgery, preliminary medical examinations are often necessary to identify risks early on and ensure the procedure is performed safely. These preoperative evaluations are conducted in close coordination with the treating specialists, hospitals, or clinics.
Depending on the procedure and the patient’s individual situation, the examinations may include, for example, a general medical evaluation, blood tests, an ECG, or other necessary tests. The results are documented and forwarded to the appropriate departments so that the procedure can be optimally prepared.
If you have a surgery scheduled and need to undergo the necessary preoperative tests, please feel free to contact the office.
